The listing fee is R350 for six months. Payment alone does not guarantee publication. If we reject a paid listing before it is published, contact us for a full refund to the original payment method or by agreed bank transfer. We may ask for the payment reference and proof of identity before processing.
If a provider cancels after publication, contact us. We will assess a refund of the unused portion of the paid term, subject to applicable consumer law and any direct payment costs disclosed at the time. If we remove a listing for fraud, material misrepresentation or unlawful content, a refund may be refused where lawful. An expired listing does not renew automatically and there is no charge without a new payment.
Send refund requests with the listing ID and payment reference to info@cleanmypanels.online. We aim to respond within five business days. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
